I remember the first emotion I felt. It was listening to music, an intense joy, my body vibrating from the inside, life lighting up on the outside, and the irrepressible urge to listen to the piece again and again.
Music magically illuminated life.
Later, it would become a refuge. Music was comforting and soothing. Where words were lacking, music was there to heal and liberate.
Music was the obvious choice. And yet, a few years later, I decided to study science and to work as an engineer.
8 intense and exciting years! New country, new people, new projects!
My brain was thriving on understanding and solving complex problems, but deep inside me a voice was getting louder and louder: something was missing. Where was that light? What was the meaning?
Music was missing from my life.
So at 26, I finally decided to listen to that voice. Less engineering for more music, the beginning of a new journey, an exciting and fulfilling new journey, a journey with the body, with the emotions, with the mind, with the magic of sounds that inhabit the silence.
